- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is brilliant, when I usually go to a butchers shop I am faced with an employee with less knowledge them me, when it comes to type of cut, length aged and the affects of this. This normally results in a lengthy queue and discussion. When I ask for Porterhouse steak or Filet Mignon at warrens they know exactly what I mean and process the order very quickly. Resulting in very little waiting to be served. Also these butchers are proper Cornish with pheasants hanging amongst the rafters. Vegetarians beware your faith may hit the floor when you smell warrens meat cooking. As for the negative reviews which are totally unfounded, perhaps you got a little confused and mixed warrens up with T****.By Admin, March 03, 2019

We are different from most other “direct from farm” meat suppliers as we are professional butchers who farm. The business has been farming and butchering since 1880 and to this day we still “dry age” and mature our meat the traditional way on the bone before cutting for today’s modern consumer.
